City Hall guide: EU citizens have 30 days to register, at Libelta 16/20 or 28 Czerwca 1956 no. 404, with online booking. It is free; the temporary residence certificate costs PLN 17.

It is assigned automatically when you register your address for over 30 days. If you cannot register and need one, EU citizens apply in person at any municipal office. It is free.

With the EHIC you get necessary, unscheduled care in the public system on the same terms as Polish nationals. Go to facilities with the NFZ logo and show the card at every visit.
