List your housing for free and verified
Students preparing an Erasmus+ look for housing from far away and fear scams. If your place is real and your terms are clear, they find you here knowing we have checked it. Listing is free and nobody can pay to appear first.
Who can list and what we will ask
Student hall
Company name and registration number. We contact you through a channel we find ourselves, such as your website or an official register.
University housing
The application must come from the official domain of the university or its housing service.
Letting agency
Company name and registration and, for each flat, the management contract that entitles you to rent it.
Private landlord
A video call to check your identity with your ID document (we don't keep a copy) and walk through the place, and the document that entitles you to rent it: title deed, land registry extract or a lease that allows subletting.
From everyone: a payment account in your name in the country of the property, and seeing the place live, in person or on a video call.
How it works
- You send the application with your details and your first place.
- We contact you to check it: your details, the payment account and a live viewing.
- We publish the listing with what we checked and the date.
- Every 90 days you confirm it is still available, and every year we review your details.
What we check before publishing
A person on the team checks it, not a program. What we ask depends on who is listing: we ask more from a private landlord than from a registered student hall.
In an official register
We found it in a public register (company, tax or student housing register) under the same name and number.
For: student hall, letting agency

Listed by the university
The application came from the official domain of the university or its housing service.
For: university housing
Identity checked
We saw their ID document on a live video call. We don't keep a copy.
For: private landlord
Contacted through our own channel
We contacted them through a phone number or email from their official website or a register, not the details they gave us.
For: student hall, university housing, letting agency
Phone checked
We called the phone number you will see in the listing.
For: private landlord
Paid into an account in their name
The payment account is in their name and in the country of the property. An account from another country is a known scam sign.
